124 Quaker State Road: This property was completely renovated, addition built and had major excavation work to improve it into a beautiful, creek front family home property.

Properties that were purchased and offered for resale by Klotz Housing include:

* 368 Broad Street: We were the second owner of this building and were successfully able to renovate the building so it could be utilized again to add to the Broad Street retail business by a welcomed owner-occupied boutique shop called " The Robbins Nest". It is a great addition to Broad Street.

* 1320 Broad Street: This single family abandoned home was purchased, cleaned up and resold to a now owner-occupied family that has now beautifully renovated the property.

*662 White Church Road: This was a great project! Very thankful for being able to have totally rebuilt this property into its great potential. 

*320 Furey Street, South Williamsport: Full remodel and property renovation of this multi-year vacant property and re-sold to a happy new owner-occupied resident!

*363 Broad Street Montoursville Pa: Formally and still known as the Lyon Camping Building. This building houses two, two-bedroom residential apartments and a retail shop on the main floor. Recently sold to a great owner-occupied PA local business, WoodRich Furniture. ​
